Please note that this is a pre-update patch. New content has been added that is not yet accessible. This content will be announced with a news post when it is activated on December 1st.

• Some zone messages have been altered
• Altered Snow Blaster rate of fire
• New Sea Creatures have been added
• Gift loot tables have been altered
• The Advent Calendar may appear in the SB menu before it is activated on December 1st, but it will not be accessible yet.

you can't break ice with the Auger Rod or do you have to be Ice Collection 10 for that now?

it only works in jerry pond now, not in sunken or reflective pond

Admins, could we please get an elaboration on this?

North Stars!
During the whole month of December, collecting Gifts has a chance to reward you with North Stars, which can be spent in a special Event Shop located inside the Winter Island.

Ain't no way somebody said: "Hey guys, how about we add a Talisman with 5 tiers, a Pet, 4 pieces of equipment and 2 minion upgrades but....we make them limited to this December only!" and you gave green light to that.

Especially considering the odds of getting North Stars; why didn't you make them 100% drop chance but same amounts? Why add useless RNG to something that's supposed to be a "holiday event"? 13'000 White Gifts or 520-2'600 Red Gifts for the whole shop, are you kidding me?

Again, this isn't as much of a problem if it's not limited to this month only and if you fix the Watchdog banning random people for, apparently, gifting too much.

By the way, are we getting proper patchnotes for December 1st patch? The "Happy Holidays" announcement didn't really go into detail on what's been done besides the Jerry's Workshop (i.e. bugfixes, balancing, etc). Especially the reason why you add yet another essence available to everyone outside dungeons but still require Cata 20 to buy/sell it on Bz.

Also, please, do something about your Wiki team; they're severely lagging behind Fandom, and have some pages that haven't been properly updated in months. E.g. Spooky Festival page still says 2'400 points to get max rewards. Which by the way was a fair amount of points, not the Ghost Grinding Simulator it is right now.

if it was only the talisman, i would be kind of fine with it since there are 2 talismans that are literally unobtainable except buying from ah(dante talisman and 2020/2022 crab hat)
but the minion upgrades cant be bought from ah, so thats kinda dumb

Great spook event had the same problem too, it's only available in October with an accessory to buy and since people didn't complain too much then they probably thought people were fine with that... Bad trend for sure to do more and more things that are heavily timegated like that.
