Hey all!
Today we're opening alpha complete with a new late-game mining area known as the Glacite Tunnels.
You will need Heart of the Mountain Tier 7 to participate in this content. If you do not already meet this requirement, please speak to Centauri in the Hub. While there, you should also pick up the featured items for this update.
Once ready, you should talk to Gwendolyn in the Dwarven Mines, who will direct you to meet Dulin over at the Dwarven Palance's Hanging Court. Complete his quest and you can take the Dwarven Railroad System down to the Glacite Tunnels.
Once you reach the tunnels, you should talk to the NPCs in the Dwarven Base Camp before mining around the tunnels in search of Glacite Mineshafts, which are a new kind of instanced content you can teleport right on into and mine in until your heart’s content.

Planned features are features that are currently in the works and may be seen soon. Not all upcoming features are on this list; gotta leave some surprise!
- Fossils obtained from Suspicious Scraps will eventually be a method to obtain new Pets.
- Some Tablist Widgets will be added to give you some more information about Mineshafts.
- Some HOTM 6-7 perks will work in the Glacite Tunnels + Glacite Mineshafts.
Currently Known Issues:
Issues in this list are major non-conclusive issues and will be frequently edited to reflect the current state of Alpha. If you have more that you would like to add to a currently existing issue- feel free to do so by making a new bug report with the extra information. (Please still mark it as an alpha issue!)
- All Forge times are set at 5 seconds. This is intentional for this Alpha session.
- Mineshaft Portals spawn very frequently. This is intentional for this Alpha Session.
- Warping out of a cold zone will keep cold in the scoreboard.
- Only the owner of a Glacite Mineshaft will get notified about the current active Mining Event.
- Chisels can be used without meeting their HOTM requirements.
- Scatha's 'Wormhole' perk can affect Tungsten and Titanium.
- Umber is not mineable in the Umber Mineshafts
- Onyx gemstone is currently giving Crit Chance - should be Crit Damage.
- The HOTM XP requirements for HOTM 8, 9, and 10 are currently lower than intended.
- The Fossil Excavator does not display the amount of Glacite Powder gained during rewards summary.
- Daily Grind HOTM perk does not currently apply to Glacite Tunnels commissions.
- Loot from Frozen Corpses, specifically Skeleton Corpses, is not as valuable as intended.
Opal Mineshafts are not spawning.
