It's been changed a while ago (Jan 19 2024) from the very rare droprate of 4% + Magic find to now being 25% + Looting (So on average 40% with looting 4).
It's really not that bad to drop anymore. Took about 20 minutes to get 8.

That's better than before but still you know there will be people camping and one shotting him the second he spawns on the main server, especially if the price goes up a lot.
