Items "Rock Tumbler"

I think it would be awesome if there were an item called the "Rock Tumbler" that broke gemstones down to lower-quality versions, with a bracketed tax-like system. When you do a perfect, you only get 3 flawless, but a flawless gets you 56 fine, a fine gets you 64 flawed, and a flawed gets you 72 rough. It would be placed down on your island like a furnace, and would cost 32 enchanted coal to revert a flawed, an enchanted coal block for a fine, an enchanted lava bucket for a flawless, and a magma bucket for a perfect.

There could be some sort of buff to make it have a chance not to consume the initial gemstone, and could drop random rare items (fossils, refined ores, etc) like the sacrificing alter in the end.

ooooh this could be cool! it would definitely need some balancing though, as due to the gemstone crystal needed, it's less than 60% return rate for perfects

that's generous to say it only takes them an hour, most of the time a game-breaking bug takes longer for them to realize
