Is Skyblocker an allowed mod?

I recently went back to playing Skyblock and want to install some mods for stuff like puzzle solvers.
I use 1.21 (not planning to use older versions) and from my own research I found out that Skyblocker is a good one to use (feel free to suggest more). However I saw one person telling that they got banned because of Skyblocker, and as far as I know that is very unlikely, I just wanted to ask around before going ahead with it.

The person that got ban was mostly like doing something else. It should be completely fine.

it's totally safe and legal i think(because im usin it)
please install from SAFE PLACE like modrinth or you will get hacked
