How to sell Runebook

Got a dungeon drop called "Runebook" which is an uncommon accessory.
There are none for sale on AH and searching Bazaar comes up empty.
Researching AH prices shows anywhere from 5M to 15M for this item.
But when I try to list it, the AH resets my sell price to just 50,000 coins, so I cancel it.
How can I sell this item (I already have one)? It isn't shown as "soul-bound".
Why are there none for sale on AH?

No of course not, why would it be in the chat box?
Of course you are correct - there is a message - I can only sell it for 5x the NPC Price.
What a stupid place to put it, why wouldn't they just use a pop-up or put it on the AH window?

Oh geez, yeah what a dummy I am, this is what happens when you ALWAYS use BIN. LOL Thanks.
Turns out there's about 100 of these items currently listed and its worth almost nothing. sigh Oh well!
