Alpha Testing 10/27/22 - The Garden

Hey Guys! We're opening Alpha today with some pretty hefty updates to be tested.

The Garden can be accessed by talking to a Stranger on your private island if you are above SkyBlock Level 5. This is a coop instance, so you can hop on there with your coop friends!

The goal this time is for you guys to hop on and ensure you are able to access the garden and use most of it's features. It's also a good time for you guys to prep plans for the live release in case you want your farms ready as quickly as possible!

At this time we are planning on keeping Alpha at most for a day or two, but please note that if a lot of bug reports come in, we'll have to close early to fix said bugs before we open again.

NOTE: If you are using a mod that hides grass, this will interfere with your plot cleaning duties!

NOTE 2: Please note that some balancing was made to ensure testing was doable in an appropriate amount of time. For example, the Composter will be running a lot faster on Alpha than it will on release.

If you encounter any issues - small, major or critical, please report them here and make sure you select alpha.hypixel.net!

Current Known Issues - Please do not report these!

• If a Coop member has unlocked a visitor, it may not show properly in the logbook
• An issue where only one player per coop can complete the tutorial objective with Duke at a time
  • Partially fixed currently.
• An issue where cleaning up a plot may not finish the tutorial objective "Clean your garden plot" until your rejoin the instance
• A lighting issue on some parts of garden plots where some chunks will remain unlit
• Kicking a guest from the Garden will give a broken message
• Island Crystals can be placed in protected areas
• All island crystals look like wheat crystals on the Garden
• An issue where players can skip some tutorial sequences by visiting someone else's garden
• Some Holograms (text on top of items) may be off center. Literally unplayable.
• Some party warp features may not function correctly (such as warping guests or following, or bypassing garden visit settings)
  • It now requires that party members need to have visited the Garden (go talk to Sam!)
• Tile Entities may not paste properly from schematics
• Water and Lava stops flowing when pasted from a schematic
• Sam's name may not disappear properly when she moves to a different location
• Some items cannot be used on the Garden but will not provide an error message yet
  • Should be fixed, but if you find anymore of these items let us know!
• If it is not possible to get a new visitor (as not enough are unlocked), the Next Visitor timer still ticks down. This is a lie, no one will show up.
• Not all coop members are currently notified when upgrades are applied or actions are taken
• You can warp a coop member to the garden even if they have not reached the SkyBlock level requirement
• Lots of oddities with the Builder's Ruler (including null blocks)
• When visitors move forward in their line, they may behave weirdly and their name may not follow properly.
  • They are just a little awkward with each others nothing to worry about
• Slayer quests are not disabled in the Garden.
• Reentering the Fear Mongerer's commission menu changes the candy type he provides.
• Some items have right-click in their lore twice. They're very excited about being right-clicked.
  • They are no longer excited about being right clicked.
• While cleaning a plot, the scoreboard only displays up to 90% completion.
• Sometimes the Stranger shows up in the air and falls forever into the void.
• Trevor the Trapper gives Moogma Pelts instead of normal Pelts.
• Prismapump and Mycelium Dust did not work correctly in the Garden
• You can burn down your barn.
• Melon Dicer & Pumpkin Dicer don't carry over NBT data when being upgraded
• Composter is currently eating fuel and crops but not giving out compost.

Note, 10/28/22: We will be opening Alpha sporadically today as we test a few things here and there!
