Update Bedwars Guilds

Guilds are basically obsolete and a relic of the past. Sure, people still join guilds for grinding but there isn't any competitivity between guilds. Guilds used to play a significant part of the competitive bedwars scene, as Guild vs Guild battles took place in private games. There is huge untapped potential in the guild system. I think Clash of Clans provides a good example of ways to bring out the best in this feature. Custom cosmetics for Guild level ups could be an interesting minor feature. A ranked bedwars guild system could be really interesting, this would be a huge feature and require a lot of work from hypixel but could massive rewards. Having different leagues of guilds where they queue other guilds in bedwars games and fight it out for the win and then potentially in the top league 4 vs 4 guild battles would generate a lot of community interest and Youtube content.

These are just some very cursory thoughts, would be interested to hear what other people think below. Also plz upvote thread if you agree.

i feel like there needs to be somewhere, official or otherwise, for guilds to be able to set up GvGs with each other—it can be difficult to find gvgs with guilds who are willing, and this alone could provide a lot more competitvitiy to the scene.

i do agree that guilds do need an update though, it’s long overdue.
