Don't worry, I didn't forget this exists! (mostly)
I'm just working on other stuff right now! Anyway, this list will be on...
Frisbee, but with a flaming fish. In other words, the scorching burns will last all day. It also means the items listed will be Music Discs, all four Fish variants, and both Cooked Fish variants.
...If I need to explain, here's my reasoning.
(Reminder: purple text represents items with the enchantment glint by default.)
Also, all of the currently-existing Music Disc items cannot have an enchantment glint... with one menu-based exception.
The selected Vinyl in the Infinivacuum™ Hooverus is shown as enchanted only in the menu.
Before I close off, I'd like to say before I close off that this took a lot longer than I first expected. Turns out there's a LOT of fish! (and music discs)

Music Disc is the texture used for the Frisbee Knife Skin in Murder Mystery. Yes, it does pick a random Music Disc each time, including 11.
Burning fish references each cooked fish (and regular fish) items... and Fire, I guess, but that last one isn't an item.

For this one, I'll be using a color key for each Music Disc type.Ⓜ Cat

The selected Vinyl in the Infinivacuum™ Hooverus is shown as enchanted only in the menu.
- ⑬ Music Disc - 13: The 1st music disc of the set of 12. (Not to be confused with the 13th out of 12, Pigstep.) Obtained rarely via fishing, or by a skeleton killing a creeper on Stranded. This one has a creepy ambience that just so happens to have a break of silence from about halfway between the 1:29 mark and 1:30 mark all the way to the point just a tad before the 1:37 mark. The overall song lasts 2 minutes and 58 seconds. It's also known as the "Gold Record".
- Ⓜ Music Disc - Cat: The 2nd music disc of the set of 12. After this one, the discs are numbers (mostly) based on alphabetical order. Obtained rarely via fishing, or by a skeleton killing a creeper on Stranded. This one has a bit of a bouncy tune to it, kind of fitting for watching a cat do cat things I suppose. The song lasts 3 minutes and 5 seconds. It's also known as the "Green Record".
- ⭖ Music Disc - Mall: The 6th music disc of the set of 12. Obtained rarely via fishing, or by a skeleton killing a creeper on Stranded. It has a casual coolness to it, like it's a song that would play at a mall, or within a store at a mall. The song lasts 3 minutes and 17 seconds.
- ⭖ Dungeon Disc: A custom music disc which plays the Note Block Song titled Dungeon Drama, also known as Boss Theme 2 (or the calmed down version of this song's Beta). Obtained from an Obsidian or Bedrock Chest with a 2% chance, replacing the Essence in the reward chest with the disc. The song by ShinkoNet is linked here.
⭖Old Disc: A custom music disc which plays the Note Block Song titled The Wither King, also known as Boss Theme 4. Obtained from an Obsidian or Bedrock Chest in Master Mode Catacombs with a 2% chance, replacing the Essence in the reward chest with the disc. The song by ShinkoNet is linked here. (Fun Fact: This is the only Legendary Music Disc by its base rarity!)- ⭖ Music Disc - Mellohi: The 7th music disc of the set of 12. Obtained rarely via fishing, or by a skeleton killing a creeper on Stranded. The music sounds kind of like an old-fashioned song played like an actual record, with a bit of a somber tone or tune. "Mellohi" is a Finnish word meaning "noisy". The song lasts 1 minute and 36 seconds.
- ⭖ Music Disc - Blocks: The 3rd music disc of the set of 12. Obtained rarely via fishing, or by a skeleton killing a creeper on Stranded. This one kind of sounds like an upbeat swing with a positive, cheery note. The song lasts 5 minutes and 45 seconds, making it the longest Music Disc to this day and one of the longest Minecraft songs overall (even beating some ambient environment songs in length!)
- ⑬ Necron Disc: A custom music disc which plays the Note Block Song titled Necron Doom, also known as Boss Theme 3 (or the F7 boss theme). Obtained from an Obsidian or Bedrock Chest with a 2% chance, replacing the Essence in the reward chest with the disc. The song by ShinkoNet is linked here.
- ⭖ Winter Disc: A custom music disc which plays the Note Block Song titled Let Them Eat Cake. Obtained from White Gifts, Green Gifts, and Red Gifts. The song by ShinkoNet is linked here.
- ⭖ Clown Disc: A custom music disc which plays the Note Block Song titled Superior Judgement, also known as Bonzo's boss theme. Obtained from an Obsidian or Bedrock Chest with a 2% chance, replacing the Essence in the reward chest with the disc. The song by SirCatcelot is linked here.
- ⭖ Music Disc - Wait: The 12th music disc of the set of 12. Before becoming obtainable in vanilla, this music disc was titled "where are we now". In SkyBlock, it's obtained rarely via fishing, or by a skeleton killing a creeper on Stranded. It's a well-made rendition of the song Where Are We Now by David Bowie. The song lasts 3 minutes and 57 seconds. place south pressure plate
⭖Music Disc - 11: The 11th music disc of the set of 12. This one was added along with the music disc titled Wait. 11 is a creepy "song" that sounds more like a person mining through a cave and digging away quickly than an actual song. In SkyBlock, it's obtained rarely via fishing, or by a skeleton killing a creeper on Stranded. 11 is infamously known for its texture looking like the disc is broken and being a creepy sound from a disc you can find "12418" and a (supposed) Herobrine face in when using a Spectogram. The song lasts 1 minute and 11 seconds. hmmmm....- ⭖ Music Disc - Chirp: The 4th music disc of the set of 12. Obtained rarely via fishing, or by a skeleton killing a creeper on Stranded. At some points, it does kind of sound like a chirping tune, although it's more of a song playing on a revolving set. This is the music that plays (multiple times at once) during Raffle events in the Dwarven Mines! The song lasts 3 minutes and 5 seconds.
- ⭖ Music Disc - Ward: The 10th music disc of the set of 12. Obtained rarely via fishing, or by a skeleton killing a creeper on Stranded. It's a song which starts off as a funeral tune (hence the name Ward), then gets into a serious jam of a beat like the dead are rising up from the graves to drop the g's. The song lasts 4 minutes and 11 seconds. place east pressure plate
- ⭖ Music Disc - Stal: The 8th music disc of the set of 12. Obtained rarely via fishing, or by a skeleton killing a creeper on Stranded. It's the kind of song one would expect from a business downtown near an alley. Fittingly enough, it also plays on loop during the Dark Auction. The song lasts 2 minutes and 30 seconds. place west pressure plate
- ⑬ Battle Disc: A custom music disc which plays the Note Block Song titled Blast in Banter Battle, also known as blastin banter battle. Obtained from White Gifts, Green Gifts, and Red Gifts. The song by ShinkoNet is linked here.
- ⭖ Music Disc - Strad: The 9th music disc of the set of 12. Obtained rarely via fishing, or by a skeleton killing a creeper on Stranded. It's kind of a calmer song on marimbas which escalates a little bit as it goes along, transitioning to a different style entirely by the end of it. The song lasts 3 minutes and 8 seconds. place north pressure plate
- ⭖ Watcher Disc: A custom music disc which plays the Note Block Song titled The Watcher, also known as the theme that plays when you open Blood Room. Obtained from an Obsidian or Bedrock Chest with a 2% chance, replacing the Essence in the reward chest with the disc. The song by ShinkoNet is linked here.
- ⭖ Music Disc - Far: The 5th music disc of the set of 12. Obtained rarely via fishing, or by a skeleton killing a creeper on Stranded. Similarly to Blocks, it progresses from a calm and simple song into one with more instruments as the song progresses. However, the genre of the song seems to remain mostly the same for the song's duration. Speaking of, the song lasts 2 minutes and 54 seconds.
- Ⓜ Spooky Disc: A custom music disc which plays the Note Block Song titled Hallow Hallow. Obtained from scoring 1,000 or more points in the Spooky Festival. The song by ShinkoNet is linked here.

- Ⓜ Music Disc - Revenge: Not an actual Music Disc in vanilla Minecraft. Revenge is the title of a parody song by CaptainSparklez of the song DJ's Got Us Fallin' in Love made by Usher. The parody song's theme is about a Creeper blowing someone up while mining and them going back to the mines to get revenge on that creeper with a diamond sword. It's about what you'd expect from a Minecraft parody song from 2011. (Some of you on the forums might not have been born when the song came out. The rest of you may feel old by that factoid.)
Raw Fish
This includes Raw Fish, Raw Salmon, Clownfish, and Pufferfish.- Century the Fish: A clownfish obtained from the Raffle of the Century. This fish sure is a clown, this fish thinks the term "century" is named after him. (This means Century the Fish is canonically male, at least until protandry.) This item cannot have an enchantment glint.
- Sewer Fish: I'm geuininely surprised this item shows up in the API. It's a co-op soulbound fish obtained from fishing in the sewer grates in the boss fight room of The Catacombs: Floor III and Master Mode Catacombs: Floor III. 10 of these fish are used in the Tyashoi Alchemist's experiments to unlock the Eerie Treat to increase the rarity of an Eerie Pet to Rare. This item cannot have an enchantment glint.
- Fishing Exp Boost: A raw fish item which is used on pets to gain more pet exp from Fishing. There are four obtainable variants: Common with +20%, Uncommon with +30%, Rare with +40%, and Epic with +50%. Respectively, these are purchased from Zog for 60,000 coins, dropped from Night Squid, dropped from Night Squid/Sea Leech, and dropped from Sea Leech/Deep Sea Protector/Water Hydra/The Sea Emperor.
- Singing Fish: A Co-op Soulbound salmon reward for scoring at least 1,000 points in the Catch a Fish minigame during any Carnival event. It's a purely cosmetic trophy without a name nor score listed, similarly to a few other Fish items.
- Enchanted Raw Fish: A compressed form of raw fish, also known as "Cod". Crafted with 160 Raw Fish.
- Nope the Fish: A salmon which was once part of a group that wonders why they followed Shrimp the Fish. Obtained for completing the 80s runthrough of The End Race.
- Stew the Fish: A raw
dishfish not to be confused with Soup. Has a 1/1407 chance to be obtained from using Suspicious Stew. Even Stew the Fish knows that the stew was expired. - Shrimp the Fish: A traveler fish that achieved nothing. This fish led some other fish astray, somehow ending up in their entire group getting located in one of the weirdest places for fish: The End. Obtained very rarely from Ender Nodes. Speaking of achieve... I meant to have something here, but ISPOILER tags don't work within any lists.
- Enchanted Raw Salmon: A compressed form of raw salmon, also known as "Salmon". Crafted with 160 Raw Salmon or dropped from certain Sea Creatures.
- Cluck the Fish: A fish that clucks. What more do you expect? Has a 0.3% chance to replace an egg layed by Gulliver's chicken.
- Enchanted Clownfish: A compressed form of Clownfish, NOT known as "raw clownfish". Crafted with 160 Clownfish or dropped from certain Sea Creatures.
- Experiment the Fish: A pufferfish that is somewhat-experimental. Has a chance to appear in Metaphysical Superpairs Experiment in the Experimentation Table. Experiment the Fish once said: "Fish me once," (by clicking only one match) "shame on you. Fish me twice," (by getting both matches) "shame on me."
- Raw Salmon: A raw fish commonly associated with swimming upstream. Has a little under half the weight of Raw Fish in the water fishing loot pool. Can be purchased from Fish Merchant for 30 coins. This item cannot have an enchantment glint.
- Clownfish: A relatively-rare fish with a clownfish red-and-white stripes design. Has 1/15 of the weight that Raw Fish has in the water fishing loot pool. Can be purchased from Fish Merchant for 100 coins. This item cannot have an enchantment glint.
- Raw Fish: A raw fish whom is sometimes called by a different name. (Please no fish puns please no fish puns aaaaaaaa) This could be a very common fishing reel, considering it's reeled roughly half the time when a Sea Creature is not rolled for. Can be purchased from Fish Merchant for 20 coins. This item cannot have an enchantment glint.
- Rock the Fish: A raw fish that should not be taken for granite. The fish has a 1/261 drop rate from Dark Monoliths in the Dwarven Mines.
- Party the Fish: A clownfish that really enjoys parties. It's called a clownfish because its use of "its" in its lore is not using its correct usage. Obtained as a Party Tier drop (with 0.17% odds) from Party Gifts. It's hard to enjoy parties without friends, which Party the Fish likely lacks with how infrequently Foxy is elected with her Party Gifts/Party Chests perk.
- Enchanted Pufferfish: A compressed form of Pufferfish, NOT known as "raw edible food". Crafted with 160 Pufferfish or dropped from certain Sea Creatures.
- Pufferfish: A highly-inedible fish which cannot be eaten in SkyBlock to get nausea and similar. Has a little over a fifth of the weight of Raw Fish in the water fishing loot pool. Can be purchased from Fish Merchant for 30 coins. This item cannot have an enchantment glint.
- Eon the Fish: A fish item that claims that it, along with other fish, swam upstream both ways to school, and didn't complain. (Oh cod, it's another fish pun!) Obtained for having 2,000 total XP worth of items within the Museum, then claiming the Milestone 20 rewards.
- Gabagool the Fish: A salmon that has likely seen plenty of Chili Peppers in its time. It has a 1/3927273 chance of appearing when an Inferno Minion with Hypergolic Fuel performs an Inferno killing action. If the salad is on top, Gabagool the Fish will send it back.
- Voodoo Doll: An item made of pain, suffering, and a living being crying out for help every time it's used. Crafted with a Pumpkin Minion IX (a living being), 2 Enchanted Pufferfish (lots of sharp things), 256 Flint Arrows (more sharp things), 32 Enchanted Ghast Tears (condensed tears), and a Crystallized Heart (wtf). This item, when used while looking at a targetable enemy, screams out in pain, summoning a bunch of arrows that deals significant magic/arrow damage per second and applies a slowing effect to all mobs hit by the arrows. This lasts for 10 seconds, costs 200 Mana to use, and has a 5 second cooldown for the minion to stop crying.
- Grizzly Salmon: Surprisingly enough, this item is absolutely a salmon. Used to be known as the more-recognizable Grizzly Bait. Obtained as an RNG drop from Sven Packmaster IV. Can be used to craft a Hunter Ring. This item cannot have an enchantment glint.
- Pre-Digestion Fish: The result of mixing time travel, mythology, and gatekept items. This item itself feels like an entire hunt on how it's obtained, although it's not. Obtained by feeding Tasty Cat Food to one of the two Siamese Lynx. Can be used to craft Future Calories Talisman, a talisman which has an effect in the overworld AND in the Rift. The item itself is Co-op Soulbound, although the Tasty Cat Food is not.
- Jinxed Voodoo Doll: An even more cursed version of the Voodoo Doll. Crafted with a Voodoo Doll, Voidling Minion II (another cursed being), 64 Wilted Berberis Bunches (alien revenant viscera), 4 Enchanted Pufferfish (more sharp things), 13 Enchanted Ghast Tears (an evil amount of condensed tears), and a Zombie's Heart (wtf again). This cursed upgrade increases the damage per second by just past 48%, increases the duration to 12 seconds, decreases the cooldown to 3 seconds, and decreases the Mana Cost to 180. (It also increases the rarity to Epic.)
- Zoop the Fish: A salmon originating from the Rift. This fish asks to be sent back, even kindly enough to say "please" when asking. Purchased from Finplex (who is likely an amalgamation of fish like Zoop) for 99,999 Motes.
- Herring the Fish: A Soulbound salmon which does not appear in the API. Exists as a supposed red herring in the Kuudra Mandible (AKA Kuudra Follower Artifact) hunt. Obtained by donating exactly 4,202,022 (or 4202022, the date in D/MM/YYYY format of Crimson Isle's release) coins to the Kuudra Believer when a Plhlegblast is nearby. The fish has a quote on its lore: "Sometimes patience is the key to victory. Sometimes it leads to very little and it seems like it's not worth it. And you wonder why you waited so long for something so disappointing." (It's apparently a quote from a Spider-Man movie.)
- Fish Food: As I was working on this with a saved draft, Raffle preparations were made. This item is Common, cannot be recombobulated, has a stack size of 1 (cannot be stacked), and has a sell price of 1 coin to NPCs. I won't put this in unused/unobtainable raw fish items just yet since it is highly likely to become obtainable in the near future (but also hopefully not before I finish this post). This item cannot have an enchantment glint... unless it's upgradable?
- Oops the Fish: A special clownfish discovered in the depths, obtained from Main Lobby fishing during the Summer event (which is basically Summer Holiday). This is claimable on any profile like most holiday-specific cosmetics bought with Event Silver. I'm putting this as unobtainable since there's been zero total auctions for this ever, despite it being auctionable.
- Spook the Fish: A special salmon that lurks in the darkness, obtained from Main Lobby fishing during the Halloween event (which is mostly October). This is claimable on any profile like most holiday-specific cosmetics bought with Event Silver. I'm putting this as unobtainable since there's been zero total auctions for this ever, despite it being auctionable.
- Clown the Fish: Surprisingly enough, this is a Clownfish item. This special clownfish has existed for over three years now (likely even longer), yet has not been made obtainable in-game yet. It can be donated to the Museum if you somehow get one.
- Fishing Exp Boost: In particular, I'm referring to the unused Legendary variant. This would presumably give a 60% boost to pet exp from Fishing.
- Enchanted Clownfish (again): This time with the id ENCHANTED_FISH:2. I genuinely have no idea why this is this way. The wiki specifies that Enchanted Clownfish has the id ENCHANTED_CLOWNFISH, has no notes about an ID change, and even in 2022 Enchanted Clownfish had that same item id. This is identical to Enchanted Clownfish in name, rarity, and sell price; its only difference is its id name in the API. Even /wiki ENCHANTED_FISH:2 redirects to the page for Enchanted Clownfish. The oddest part of it all? The other enchanted fish do NOT have this redirect for ENCHANTED_FISH based ids, not even Enchanted Raw Fish.
Cooked Fish
- Diamond the Fish: A salmon that some might say is beautiful like fish in the sky. Obtained from Odger for fishing up all 18 Diamond Trophy Fish. This cooked salmon REALLY is his amazing north-atlantic/north-pacific admiration (if you know what I mean), and shines bright like a fish
- Fossil the Fish: A cooked salmon that is supposedly "Older than time itself but never changing, for he was born perfect." (This marks another fish that is canonically male.) Has a very rare chance to appear within the Fossil Excavator minigame.
- Enchanted Cooked Fish: The double compressed form of the original raw fish. Crafted with 160 Enchanted Raw Fish.
- Cooked Salmon: A salmon, but cooked. Obtained by smelting a Raw Salmon in a furnace or Hyper Furnace. This item cannot have an enchantment glint.
- Cooked Fish: A fish is cooked. Obtained by smelting a Raw Fish in a furnace or Hyper Furnace. In vanilla 1.8, this would give an achievement. This item cannot have an enchantment glint.
- Dust the Fish: A cooked fish which I'm ASSUMING is properly rewarded to players now. Obtained for having 1,000 total XP worth of items within the Museum, then claiming the Milestone 10 rewards. (This reward worked fine on its release, then broke when the Museum Overhaul came about, and I hope is now fixed.)
- Bat the Fish: A cooked fish wondering frantically where its cape is. This cooked fish supposedly has a 1/50 chance to be dropped when killing a Bat Piñata. Can be used as part of a quest to get Fann's Abiphone contact.
- Flake the Fish: A special snowflake of a cooked salmon. Very rarely caught while fishing in the main pond on the Winter Island.
- Egg the Fish: A delicate, painted cooked salmon found in the depths, obtained from Main Lobby fishing during the Easter event (which is basically mid-late Spring). This fish is claimable on any profile like most holiday-specific cosmetics bought with Event Silver.
- Enchanted Cooked Salmon: The double compressed form of the spin-off raw salmon. Crafted with 160 Enchanted Raw Salmon.
- Filet O' Fortune: A cooked fish that is set to satiate. Using it increases Mining Fortune by 20 for 60 minutes. Purchased from Brynmor for 100,000 coins. Requires Heart of the Mountain 4 to purchase. This item cannot have an enchantment glint.
- Dead Cat Food: Also known as "Tasty Cat Food", which shares an API entry as it's the same item. This is a rare, Rift-Transferrable Rift Pet Item for Montezuma Pet, granting an extra +30 Rift Time and +5 Mana Regen. Outside of The Rift, it can be fed to a Siamese Lynx to turn it into Pre-Digestion Fish, an item mentioned earlier in this set of lists. This item cannot have an enchantment glint.
- Skeleton the Fish: I'm putting this last despite it being shown first in the API. Similarly to the Fish Food item, this was added while I was writing out this post. Unlike Fish Food, this has no sell price, can be Recombobulated, doesn't mention whether or not it can be stacked, and has Special rarity instead of Common. Just like Fish Food, I won't put this in unused/unobtainable cooked fish items just yet since it is highly likely to become obtainable in the near future (though I still hope it's not out before I've finished writing this post).
- Chill the Fish: A cooked fish found frozen solid in a lake, obtained from Main Lobby fishing during the Holidays (which is mostly December). This is claimable on any profile like most holiday-specific cosmetics bought with Event Silver. I'm putting this as "unobtainable" since it's been years since someone sold it on Auction.
- Chill the Fish: A cooked fish found frozen solid in a lake, obtained from Main Lobby fishing during the Holidays (which is mostly December). Wait, didn't this just get covered? Turns out, there's 2 of them. The first one shown was CHILL_THE_FISH_2, an alternative of Chill the Fish which only had 5 total sold, all within 4 days of December 2020. This version is known as CHILL_THE_FISH, and the wiki states that this is the correct version of the item. Despite this, no CHILL_THE_FISH items were ever sold on auction to my knowledge.
Before I close off, I'd like to say before I close off that this took a lot longer than I first expected. Turns out there's a LOT of fish! (and music discs)
In terms of inventory space:
- All raw fish items can fit in one's inventory with just enough space. All Music Disc items save 5 inventory slots instead. Cooked Fish can fit in 2 rows of inventory space
- The total cost of all 30 obtainable Music Disc items is ~1.78M coins (roughly 1,068,229 coins), about 288k of which is from Old Disc.
- Since each Music Disc is its own item ID and isn't the same thing with multiple data values, I made a table for each disc's total costs.
Smallest text indicates most pricey | Approx. cost of each | Music Disc (in coins) | (as currently known) |
---|---|---|---|
13: 150,021 (Necron Disc) | Cat: 120 (Spooky Disc) | Blocks: 50,020 (Cicada Symphony Vinyl) | Chirp: 50,020 (Cricket Choir Vinyl) |
Far: 50,020 (Slow and Groovy Vinyl) | Mall: 50,020 (Earthworm Ensemble Vinyl) | Mellohi: 99,019 (Not Just a Pest Vinyl) | Stal: 140,020 (Dungeon Disc) |
Strad: 90,020 (DynaMITES Vinyl) | Ward: 50,020 (Buzzin' Beats Vinyl) | 11: 288,908 (Old Disc) | Wait: 50,020 (Wings of Harmony Vinyl) |
- The total cost of all 28 obtainable Raw Fish items is ~84.3M coins (roughly 84,318,987.1 coins), 81m of which is from Century the Fish.
- This total also excludes Fish Food, Co-op Soulbound fish, Oops the Fish, and Spook the Fish.
- Including Tasty Cat Food's price for Pre-Digestion Fish, the total would instead be roughly 269,318,987.1 coins.
- The total cost of all 12 obtainable Cooked Fish items is ~211.37M coins (roughly 211,370,984.9 coins), 185m of which is from Tasty Cat Food.
- This total excludes Skeleton the Fish and both Chill the Fish variants.
- Getting both Rift fish items requires a LOT of Motes; at least 199,999 Motes, but it also depends on the Motes economy in Rift Shen's Auction.
