Backwater Bayou broke this item!

Dear community members i got an ice rod and it says it is broken. I should trade it with Roddy at the Backwaters Bayou but thats the catch: there is no roddy! They forgot to add Roddy to the NPC menu, which makes it impossible to unlock the ice collection in stranded. Instead of removing access they should add more content which is already available on a standart profile. Please fix this.

Im pretty sure you can use the Taiga Biome Stick to still get ice if you have silk touch and have water at high Y-Levels, but it will still be a pain.

(Unless if it doesn't count for collection, if thats the case then RIP)
