~2.5m loss/day with 10 t3 inferno minions?

So I crafted 10 t3 inferno minions to see how good they were, and when testing a while back I made about ~200k profit per minion per day.
Because I'm afk atm I wanted to log in every now and then and put new t1 gabagool inferno fuel in and started with 10 fuel per minion for a total cost of 61.5m or 615k per minion per day.
But after ~5 days I somehow only made 16.5 very crude gabagool per minion which is aproximatly 250k lost per minion per day.
Why is that? The prices can't have dropped that much. Even with very crude gabagool at 130k which were the prices at the time of my tests I would still lose about 200k per minion with my current rates. Did inferno minions get nerfed? What am I doing wrong?
