    Hello, the hacker stole my account to cheat and banned it for 365days. I only have the gift card code and unsealed letter, which is not enough to prove that the hacker is not me. Poor English, inaccurate expression, and failed to appeal. I really don't know what to do. I hope the administrator will forgive me and the punishment will change for half a year. Thank you very much.
