I've been discussing gun meta in a server and i came up with a way to balance hk that might not completely ruin it for chal games
basically:
keep the damage, clip and cost the same
keep the double shooting
but lower the firerate to match (or be slightly worse than) deagle
so you fire 2 shots in quick succession but you have to wait longer before you fire the other two shots
