Hey all! We're planning to start working on Warlords and wanted to keep you all updated on our rough plan. We will be using this plan as a reference, similar to what we've done previously with Cops and Crims, SkyClash, Smash Heroes and Duels. This thread will be kept up-to-date so you will be able to see the progress at each step and what we are currently working on. We have tried to arrange each step in the order we aim to do them, however this plan is not final and is subject to change. Bug Fixes Goal: Compile a list of any bugs, fix as many as possible, minimise the impact of bugs on gameplay. Threads: Bug Coordination Status: Done and Live. Balancing Changes Goal: Improve the balance of all the classes/specializations so everything is playable and fun. Threads: Balance Changes Proposal, Balance Changes Proposal v2, Balance Changes Proposal v3, Balance Changes Release, Team Balancer v2.2 Status: Done and Live. Pregame & Lobby Improvements Goal: Make changes to the way games start to reduce wait times and to allow all the modes to start regularly. Switch the signs in the lobby to join NPCs, cleanup the layout in the lobby, and fix the weapon textures in the hall of weapons. Threads: - Status: Done and Live. Misc Changes / Quality of Life Goal: Other general changes and improvements that did not make it in the previous parts. Threads: QOL Part 1 Status: Done and Live. Prestige System Goal: More goals for players, more options for veterans to spend their coins on without giving them a bigger advantage. Threads: - Status: Done and Live. New Quests & Achievements Goal: New things to achieve, more quests/challenges that can be done regularly. Threads: Quest Feedback Status: Done and Live, 2 additional achievements will be rolled out with the new specializations. New Specializations Goal: New specialization for Shaman and Warrior, more variety for players, keep the game fresh for veterans. Threads: Introducing Spiritguard, Spiritguard Proposals, Introducing Revenant Status: Art is currently being worked on. Finished development barring implementing the art/effects once they are completed.
