they added resist and +40 exp lol

It’s better, it’s usable but not a great contender with other perks right now

 

Olympus and recon are now xp grinding perks

 

Basically could be a possible replacement for dirty now.

 

Drinkable potions make it not as useful imo

 

only good when combined with overheal
remember you can still only hold 1
