Perhaps JAVA_HOME does not point to the JDK.
It is currently set to "C:\Program Files\Java\jre7"

Same thing happens to me. And reading through the forum thread about it, typing echo %JAVA_HOME% results in %JAVA_HOME%. I have no idea what to do since I'm noob at paths/pointers etc.
