    Dude, if your shift button was really broken, dont you think posting this on your keyboards manufacturers support / contact page would be more helpful than putting it on HYPIXEL... it's a minecraft server for gods sake.

    I've had the same issue after holding down or mashing shift (sticky keys). See if "Set up Sticky Keys" or disabling them fixes the issue.

    Even though you say it's not a faulty keyboard, it might be. Try using a different keyboard if disabling sticky keys doesn't work. Sorry if it's a laptop and you don't own a USB keyboard.

    Being serious, I would recommend mashing shift a lot
    then some moar
    then

    if that doesn't work

    well thats not really proof, you have an on screen keyboard and you can just be holding down the shift key on your physical keyboard while using the on screen keyboard...
