    The fact that you aren't allowed to see the evidence against you is an entirely separate issue. For example, in the USA, the right to see the evidence against you (among many other things) is listed in the Sixth Amendment. But the fact that Hypixel doesn't show you their evidence doesn't mean they're operating under a presumption of guilt.

    By ‘guilty until proven innocent’ I meant that I, as a player, will view the person who got banned as a hacker (rather than innocent as they would proclaim themselves to be, if they did not have any substantial evidence) since there was a reason they got banned. I should have probably made that fact clearer, earlier, and maybe my terminology in describing that was not the best.

    As you showed with wisp, it could very well be that this rare occurrence happened to this group of people, but that wouldn’t explain why the appeals of some people in this group got denied. Maybe they caught this small discrepancy only with wisp? I don’t know.

    Hoping that if it is a mistake, it will become resolved.
