I understand your input, however, I ask you try to view it from my perspective. I’d like to one day join the Hypixel Server staff team. Providing good, professional-like responses to players in need of help will only better my reputation be chances of becoming a helper.

Yet it is not necessary. Look at staff like Crafter0800 or Teddy or Chandoggie or Nivyox. They help and don’t act super professional all the time. And they are liked so much more because of that. Because they help people as if they want to. As if they care. Professionalism is one thing but customer service is a whole other.

I completely agree buddy. However, when those staff members aren't as professional TO provide customer service, sure they can be goofy. They're human too. But they all have a professional side for customer service. :P
