  Hi! I have a friend who was given MVP++ by someone and has had it for about 5 days. He wasn't on for 3 days. Today he logged on and he lost his rank, and a thing popped up saying the rank was being refunded and he needed to contact the hypixel support team to resolve it. If he didn't resolve it he would be permanently banned in 13 days. He did what it said but he hasn't gotten a response, is this normal?

General

My real name is Taylor, and I'm completely okay being called that if you see me around. I don't particularly shy away when people call me by my name; it lets me know some people I am familiar with. I'm currently 16 years old (my birthday's February 7). My favorite color is purple, the best color ever.

School Life

I am currently a junior (11th grade) in high school. My school offers a ton of academic opportunities for classes, also having a ton of out-of-school activities, sports, and clubs to participate in.

I am currently taking 2 college courses and enrolled at 2 different colleges. I also work for my school's news broadcast and mainly work behind-the-scenes with equipment and news stories. Those happen to be the most interesting classes I take, although I also take a law studies class for learning criminal justice and civil cases.

Hobbies

I am indeed a Helper on the server; I tend to spend a lot of time on Skyblock and Housing. Apart from Hypixel, I sometimes enjoy skating on weekends. While school is active, I tend to have little-to-no life as I continue to study a lot and rest during weekdays. During my free time, though, I like to watch movies while cuddling in a blanket.
